The stars of the region’s burgeoning call centre industry have been unveiled as the North East Contact Centre Awards announces its shortlist.

A record number of entries were received for this year’s ceremony, now in its 15th year.

Hosted next February by MAKE it Sunderland the awards, sponsored by greenbean by NRG feature major North East employers including Atom Bank, Sage, Utilitywise, Virgin Trains North East and Barclays.
