Revolabs, a subsidiary of Yamaha Corp and its UC department, announced its product lineup for Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2018. Though Yamaha and Revolabs will showcase an extensive line of unified communications (UC) solutions, the emphasis will be on conferencing enhancing products. These include Yamaha CS-700 Video Sound Collaboration System designed for huddle rooms and Yamaha’s YVS-1000MS Unified Communications Microphone and Speaker System.
"Technology managers are dealing with a growing number of huddle rooms and small meeting spaces that must accommodate more and more off-site meeting participants. That's why Revolabs has put great emphasis on solving the most perplexing UC challenges, namely streamlining workflows and installations — improving the quality of experience for users," said Mick Kamihara, CEO of Revolabs. "Our UC customers have been asking for an easy-to-install, easy-to-use UC solution with excellent video and sound, and they have it in the CS-700.”
The CS-700 Video Sound Collaboration System for huddle rooms is an all-in-one wall-mounted UC solution designed for easy connection and deployment. High sound and video quality allows for ultimate results when deployed in a huddle room or small conference room. The beamforming microphone ensures every word is heard perfectly throughout the entire space. And, every meeting attendee can be seen thanks to the wide-angle HD camera. Any UC platform is easily connected via singular USB cable – Skype for Business, Cisco Spark, GoToConference and Zoom, for example.
The Yamaha YVC-1000MS is a USB speakerphone and the first Skype for Business certified Yamaha product. Unlike the CS-700, the YVC-1000MS is designed primarily for large conference rooms, virtual classes, and seminars. It is available globally and both the microphone and speaker systems passed Skype for Business Certification Version 3 tests, Microsoft’s highest standards. Easily connectable via USB or Bluetooth, it offers echo cancelling for the optimal in audio and voice quality.
